Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website dallasstoneremodeling.com and any services provided by Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas.

By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, or entering into a service agreement with us, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, signing an order confirmation, making a deposit payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC. These Terms apply to all customers, including residential homeowners, business owners, general contractors, interior designers, and architects.

Services We Provide

Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC provides the following services in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas:

• Custom countertop fabrication for kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces
• Professional countertop installation at residential and commercial properties
• On-site measurement and digital templating
• Material selection guidance and showroom consultations
• Outdoor kitchen and BBQ countertop fabrication and installation
• Trade Program services for general contractors, interior designers, and architects

All services are subject to availability and service area coverage. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Quotes, Pricing & Estimates

All quotes provided by Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC are free of charge and are valid for a limited period from the date of issuance.

Quotes are valid for [30] days from the date of issuance. After this period, pricing may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations.

Final pricing is determined after on-site measurement and material selection. Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided. The final invoice may differ from the initial estimate if:

• Actual measurements differ significantly from customer-provided dimensions
• Additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions discovered during installation
• The customer requests changes to material, edge profile, or scope after the quote is issued
• Material prices change between the quote date and the fabrication start date

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing before fabrication begins.

Deposits & Payment Terms

To confirm your order and begin the fabrication process, the following payment schedule applies:

• [50%] deposit is required at the time of order confirmation to secure your project slot and begin material procurement
• Remaining [50%] balance is due upon completion of installation, before our team leaves your property

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash
• Check (personal or business)
• Zelle
• Credit or debit card [REVISAR: ¿aplica surcharge?]
• ACH bank transfer (Trade Program accounts)

All payments must be made in US dollars. Returned checks are subject to a [$35] returned check fee. Unpaid balances after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of [1.5%] per month and may be referred to collections.

Order Confirmation & Fabrication

Your order is officially confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and your signed approval of the project specifications (material, dimensions, edge profile, sink cutouts, and any special requirements).

Once fabrication begins, changes to the order may not be possible or may incur additional charges. The customer is responsible for verifying all specifications on the order confirmation before signing.

Fabrication typically takes [5–7] business days from order confirmation, depending on material availability and current project volume. We will provide you with an estimated installation date at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery & Installation

Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC provides professional installation by our certified team. Installation is included in your project quote unless otherwise specified.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the following before the installation date:

• The installation area must be clear, accessible, and ready — cabinets must be installed and level
• Plumbing must be disconnected before our team arrives (we do not disconnect or reconnect plumbing unless specified in the quote)
• Adequate parking and access for our crew and vehicle must be available
• An adult (18+) must be present at the property for the duration of the installation
• The work area must be free of debris, furniture, and obstacles

If the installation cannot proceed on the scheduled date due to the customer's failure to meet the above conditions, a rescheduling fee of [$150] may apply.

Installation times vary by project. Most residential kitchen installations are completed within 4–8 hours. Commercial projects may require multiple days. Our team will clean the work area upon completion.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the following policy:

• Before material is ordered: Customer may cancel with a full refund of the deposit, minus any administrative fees incurred
• After material is ordered but before fabrication begins: The deposit is non-refundable as materials have been committed to your project
• After fabrication has begun: No refund is available. The customer is responsible for the full contract amount

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@dallasstoneremodeling.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Warranty

Workmanship Warranty: Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC warrants that all installation work will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of [1 year] from the date of installation. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within this period, we will repair or replace the affected work at no charge to the customer.

Materials Warranty: Natural stone (granite, marble, quartzite) and engineered stone (quartz, porcelain) are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. We will assist customers in processing warranty claims with suppliers when possible.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, or improper cleaning products
• Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or etching on natural stone
• Damage caused by settling, shifting, or structural issues with the property
• Chips, cracks, or breaks resulting from excessive force or dropping heavy objects
• Color variation inherent in natural stone materials
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat directly on the surface without protection
• Work performed or alterations made by third parties after our installation

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the installation before approving any warranty repair.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate measurements, project details, and property access information
• Review and approve all order specifications before signing the order confirmation
• Ensure the installation site is ready and meets the conditions described in Section 6
• Be present or have an authorized adult representative present during installation
• Inspect the completed installation and notify us of any concerns within [48 hours] of installation completion
• Make all payments according to the agreed payment schedule
• Follow care and maintenance guidelines provided for the specific material installed

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may void warranty coverage and may result in additional charges for rescheduling or remediation work.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Texas law, Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind
• Loss of use of your kitchen, bathroom, or business during the installation period
• Damage to cabinets, flooring, or other surfaces not directly caused by our team's negligence
• Delays caused by material supply chain issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Pre-existing structural issues in your property discovered during installation

Trade Program Terms

General Contractors, Interior Designers, Architects, and Developers who participate in our Trade Program agree to additional terms:

• Trade accounts are subject to approval and may be revoked at our discretion
• Trade pricing and discounts are confidential and may not be shared with end customers
• Trade Program members are responsible for ensuring their clients' properties are ready for installation per Section 6
• Volume discounts are based on cumulative order history and are reassessed periodically

Trade Program members who refer residential clients to Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC acknowledge that the end customer will be subject to these Terms of Service in their own right.

Intellectual Property

All content on dallasstoneremodeling.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. Project photos shared by customers may be used by Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC for marketing purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation between the parties. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial for any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, to the extent permitted by Texas law.

Changes to These Terms

Dallas Stone & Remodeling LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For active projects, the Terms in effect at the time of your order confirmation will govern your project.
